Yumna Zaidi and Wahaj Ali, both well-known for their unconventional roles in various drama serials, will appear together on screen for the first time in Tere Bin, a 7th Sky Entertainment production.
Tere Bin’s promotions began earlier this month with a glimpse into two opposing viewpoints as the fearless female protagonist Meerab (played by Yumna Zaidi) clashes with a domineering male lead Murtasim (Wahaj Ali).

Meerab, the female lead character, is at an intersection in her life where she must give up control of her life to a man who strongly disagrees with her judgemental outlook on life, but doing so will cost Meerab her peace and sanity.
Murtasim, on the other hand, is brought up by a mother who has a negative attitude toward women in his family. The indisputable chemistry between Meerab and Murtasim, as well as the ensuing chaos, are expected to pique the audience’s interest in the love story.
The drama featured a complicated story of characters based on serious social issues, so their fans hoped for a romantic project involving the couple.

Meerab is a lovely young lady who wishes to further her education. Her entire world revolves around her parents, and she believes in them the most. Her self-assured and strong personality leads her to speak out against social injustices around her. The drama was directed by Siraj Ul Haq and written by Nooran Makhdoom for 7th Sky Entertainment. Bushra Ansari, Sohail Sameer, Sabeena Farooqu,i, Hira Soomro, Fazila Qazi, Farhan Ally Agha, Seemi Pasha, Mahmood Aslam, and Agha Mustafa also appear in the film.
Murtasim, on the other hand, comes from a wealthy and powerful family. He respects and values his family’s morals and traditions and will not betray them.
Meerab’s life is turned upside down when she learns of her family’s decision regarding her and Murtasim’s lives. Meerab’s animosity toward Murtasim grows as a long-buried family secret resurfaces. Coming from various backgrounds and points of view,
Murtasim notices Meerab’s arrogant attitude toward him and sees her as a challenge for himself. Meerab, on the other hand, is accustomed to living her life on her own terms and is resentful of Murtasim’s family traditions and unnecessary social barriers.
Their lives quickly devolve into a series of emotional pains and misunderstandings, making coexistence difficult. Will Meerab and Murtasim accept their true feelings for each other, despite their hatred, or will the dynamics of ego and self-respect separate them?

Tere Bin will air every Wednesday and Thursday at 8:00 p.m. on Geo Entertainment, succeeding the previous Amar Khan, Syed Jibran, and Momal Sheikh starrer drama Daraar, which ended last week.

1. Wahaj Ali
Wahaj Ali is a Pakistani television producer and actor. He was born on December 1, 1988, in Lahore, Pakistan. He rose to prominence as Drama Ahad in Bikhray Moti, Rizwan in Ghisi Piti Mohabbat, Jimmy in Dil Na Umeed To Nahi, and Basim in Ishq Jalebi.
Wahaj Ali rose to prominence in Hum TV’s hit show Ehd-e-Wafa as Shariq. Wahaj’s current projects include Mujhe Pyar Hua Tha (2022), Tere Bin (2022), and Rasm e Dil (2022). (2023). In 2022, he received critical acclaim for his performance as freedom fighter Shafi Imam Rumi in Jo Bichar Gaye, which he delivered with a Bengali accent.

2. Yumna Zaidi
Yumna’s career was altered by her serial ‘Rishtay Kuch Adhooray Se’. She was born on May 15, 1956, in Karachi, Pakistan, and as a child artist in the 1960s, she appeared in films and telefilms such as Abhi To Main Jawan Hoon (2013), Jawani Phir Nahi Ani (2015), Ho Mann Jahaan(2016), Ghoonghat(2013), Hoo Bahoo (2014), Mohay Bhool Gaye Sawariya (2015), Khala Garam Masala (2017), Mai Che (2018).
Bushra was born with the ability to sing as well. Amir Haidery, an excellent music teacher, taught her to sing. She has appeared on a number of television shows and singing competitions. Sabeena Farooq is a talented and young Pakistani actress. She was born in Rawalpindi, Pakistan on February 11, 1994. She is best known for her roles as Maina in Log Kia Kahengay and Zoya in Kashf. Sabeena Farooq, a Pakistani actress, will also appear in the upcoming drama Tere Bin (2023).
