Bizarro Comics :As the name implies, Bizarro depicts everyday life in a quirky, exaggerated, and surreal manner. “It’s about the profoundly strange things that happen to all of us in our so-called’regular’ lives,” says Piraro. The circumstances are strange, but they are frequently plausible. Some cartoons include celebrities like Sheryl Crow and Penn Jillette, while others, like Superman and Gumby, make references to themselves or characters from comic books or animation.
Chronicle Features syndicated it first, followed by Universal Press Syndicate in 1995, and finally by King Features Syndicate in 2003.

On January 1, 2018, Piraro’s friend and colleague Wayne “Wayno” Honath took over the daily strip’s creative duties, with Piraro continuing to do the Sunday strip. Wayno had been involved in the strip’s scripting since 2009 and had previously illustrated it.z
